What file formats will I receive?▾
It depends on the project. Most designs are delivered as high-resolution PNG and/or JPG files. Logos include a transparent PNG. If you need a specific format (PDF, SVG, etc.), just mention it in your inquiry and I’ll accommodate where possible.
Do you offer revisions?▾
Yes — revision details are discussed and outlined in your contract before work begins. The number of included revisions varies by project type. Additional revisions beyond what’s agreed upon may be subject to an extra fee.
How long does a project take?▾
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the project. Simple edits and graphics can be turned around quickly, while larger projects like branding packages take longer. Your timeline will be confirmed during the consultation call. Please inquire at least 1 week before your deadline — last-minute requests are subject to a rush fee.
How do I pay?▾
All payments are processed securely through Square. A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Payment details will be outlined in your contract.
Do you work with individuals or just businesses and schools?▾
Both! iZypi Art™ works with individuals, schools, organizations, small businesses, and anyone in between. Whether it’s a personal birthday edit or a full school materials package, all inquiries are welcome.
What if I need something that isn’t listed?▾
Reach out anyway. Custom projects are always welcome — if it fits within my skills and expertise, I’ll put together a custom quote tailored to your project. The worst I can say is it’s not something I can take on right now.
